		<description>I smell a rat. Top Gear is located in England.  England uses Imperial Gallons, which is 20% bigger than a US gallon.  In other words, if an Imperia Gallon is 1.201 US gallons, this means the program&#039;s Volkswagen Rabbit averages 58.28 mpg.  This disproves the astonishment that many of us this side of the pond are likely experiencing this. 

Yes, while 58.28 mpg is good, my 2001 Volkswagen Beetle is capable of obtaining 55 mpg without much work at all.</description>
