Imbalanced batteries are a real big thing. One single battery can take down your whole pack! I was using individual chargers, but they were three different generations of the same model with three different charging patterns so some of the batteries were slightly out of balance with the rest. I now have a K&W BC-20 charger doing my whole pack, but all these batteries are new and only get slightly out of balance when sitting for two long. (PakTrakr drains batteries 1 and 7 in my pack)
My advice would be to charge each battery, one at a time, with a single 12 volt charger, then take a 4-5 mile trip and hook up your big charger again. Just to get the batteries back to being even.
