Honestly, it was just an example for a starting point (with the hopes it could turn into something)
Easy highway access might draw more folks with convenience. If the St. Louis folks want to compromise, we could do Columbia.
I know lots of us have commitments on the weekends + summer vacations. Maybe we could initiate a poll of sorts, list some weekends, and get a vote going (maybe team that with absolutely unavailable weekends).
I recall Johnny Mullet had a great get together in NE Ohio last year sometime... he may be a good resource on organizing an event.
