MN passed a law allowing cyclists to "run a red" if they come to a complete stop and there is no cross traffic, because they finally figured out that bikes don't trip the sensing loop. I'm glad they passed that law cuz I'd been running those reds anyway. Heck if I'm gonna sit there in the middle of nowhere waiting for a light that's never gonna change.

I ride cycle too and I couldve sworn some (not all) can be triggered with magnets
And yeah, I run those reds all the time too.
