Well for the most member-only activities, Saturday has the most member stuff happening. (A list of
member-only activities is found on the Green Drive Expo site). Saturday is when we all show of our cars. You'd need to sign up and arrive by ~8:00am. Cars are then in place until 5pm. This is then followed up by cash bar at the hotel (although free for people who stay at the hotel), and then a banquet dinner with awards back at the Exhibit Hall in an upper room. (food is an additional cost.) Then there are a few other things planned that night for members as well.
If you are thinking about coming on Sunday only, then we have special member-only sessions at the hotel starting at 9:00am including some behind-the-wheel driving sessions. (There's a possibility they may need to start at 8:00am) The public part of the show goes from noon-5pm. There will be a Prius PHEV conversion on show floor in addition to the test-drives, speakers and exhibitors. Members say goodbye throughout the day and we have an informal wrap up session at Culver's after the show.
