K, so that's 4k a year... fuel is $4/gallon, that's 1000 gallons of fuel/year.
1000 gallons of fuel/15k miles (average) 15MPG.
Most of the country (I hope) gets better mileage than this, and this figure assumes prices and usage in favor of the "inventor".
