if it's a normal decal, you can buy a rubber wheel that goes on a drill and will be amazingly effective at removing it. Goo gone for the remainder.

Some polish and wax after and it'll probably disappear.
I JUST posted a post like yesterday, of me removing all the badges on my car, I sprayed it with goo gone, let it sit for a few seconds and got some thread and flossed all of them off, really easy... Better aerodynamics, Less weight, More Style was my post
