I have located tabbed solar cells at $0.61 a watt, however you have to buy a metric uber buttload of them. Fine if I was planning on building a whole house array

Solar Cells : Solar Panels Direct, Powered by Nature!

Are there any inexpensive sources of solar cells that are sold in moderately small amounts? I have tried the Locate a dealer for chipped/offspec cells without success.

I also am looking for inexpensive supplies as well to attach these into a custom voltage array for my 48v and 72v electric cars to work as a trickle charger/battery maintainer when it sits.
