You'll have to find the load rating for each tire at a given pressure, and inflate them all to a pressure where the load ratings correspond for best handling characteristics. Some tires do not have max load at max pressure, and some do.

They don't need to be even pressures, either. If your Sumi's have max load at 51 PSI, then your other one has max load at 41 PSI, do that.
