Yes. There's a story in the local rag about the program and some doof traded in his F150 and got.... another F150. They showed a pic of the old truck, that eh hole never had anything in the box of it for the last 16 years, it was a COMMUTER TRUCK and the new one will be as well.
HOWEVER that old truck probably runs like a top and would be a useful implement in the right hands BUT it will be CRUSHED and WASTED instead.
