There's a few CRX HF's around here for <$1000 that you could get into, but a couple of them look less than new. (It's a 20 year old car, ya know.)
The best looking one needs the headlights adjusted severely... problem is, when you see headlights that are seriously out of whack, you should start looking for accident damage elsewhere on the car. It's fairly easy to hide accident damage on these cars.
