I agree with Metro -- it has to be under the right conditions, but I'll go for "Yes".
Have you recorded any 100% highway tanks, and if so, what was the result?
My best tanks were during 55-60 mph trips (40-42 MPG), which is difficult in my case (here it depends on the wind). I did 40 once on a mixed tank with tons of technique and fresh oil.
You have an advantage with the light weight and manual tranny.
