I am one who does a lot of EOC during my daily 52 mile one way commute. Lots of hills give me the chance to average 6.5 miles of EOC each way per day. My last tank was 449 miles and 52 of that was EOC (thanks
MPGuino). My last tank mpg was 43.4, but with 11.6% of my miles being EOC, I think I could do better. Maybe it is just because you have to go back up what you come down, and I do not go too slow, as I don't want to give someone a reason to hate hypermilers. I do DWL up the hills, but try to keep it at least 50mph by the top of the hill. What percent of your tank miles is EOC? Is 11.6% high, low, avg?
