Lot of miles (quarter million) so I will have to check it out thoroughly (start with brakes/bearings). Paid $3.5k (trade in value). Probably stock. Title was from VW finance so previous owner probably bought it new, and probably spent a lot of time on the hiway.
Hopefully it has the fuel consumption signal and I can rig up a
mpguino (and a kill switch on the shifter). But no major plans beyond that, least until I learn more about it. It's a wee bit more complicated than my 82 diesel rabbit was
