FRESH FROM THE GARDEN!!! I take off the damaged/eaten leaves and cut the head like apple slices. Then i put them in a put with about an inch if water and steam for 10 to 15 minutes with lid. Drain water off and add butter, salt, and pepper. MMMMMMMM GOOD

and it's even organic
