Nice looking Maxima...I like the fornt bumper. I have a 02 Q45 w/ Impul body kit and have similar issues.
1. the air intake ........did blocking the entire front top grill still work?
The Q also has a narrow factoryintake slit along the top of the radiator.
2. did you get your underbelly finished?
