That's probably what I'll end up doing. Ha! A mooncap for the spare
I guess I'll start at the front and see how far back I can go.
There are enough bolts hanging down in the midsection to get a stable attachment, but out towards the sides there are none.
Maybe the first try will be coroplast (I still have a mess of it left over from the 'Kornet'), but I'd like aluminum for the final version. Maybe it'll turn out to be a mix, with coroplast in places where there is less heat or chance of damage?
I'll have to make vents for cooling, not only for the tank and exhaust, but also for a small fuel radiator under the passenger floor.
I've got all winter to think about it.
