Around here, I can't see the "25MPH limit" meaning anything to anyone, honestly. There are no cops at my dad's house, the Pennsylvania State Police don't patrol the area, and no one would know the difference, really.
We put the orange triangles on just about anything and drive it as fast as it will go down the highway, really.
