Efficiency Mods Cost / Benefit Spreadsheet

Hi there,

For every prospective mod I make I wonder if it makes sense financially as well as environmentally. So... I came up with a way to see how long your hard earned cash invested in an ecomod takes to be recouped in fuel saved.

I've made up a couple of spreadsheets that are unlocked (open source / creative commons type affair) that you are all free to mess with they are UK/US calculators based on cost of efficiency mod. The sheet tells you how many years it will take to recoup the cost in fuel saved.

As long as you don't change any of the yellow cells all should be good...

If i've made any mistakes let me know.... Incase you were wondering the "default" setting is a calculation for adding an intercooler to my TD Golf.

Enjoy...
