I turned the A/C around once but dont know if it made a difference. too small to be measured i"m sure.
On my 5th a deflector on the truck roof netted almost 2 MPG.
To make it removable I started with a suction cup and straps type of roof rack from a yard sale. I think you may find them under those turtle toppers.
I made the supports out of that pre-drilled angle stuff so I could adjust it. A half sheet of plywood made up the face.
Makes a nice place for advertising/family crest/whatever too.
