The official curb weight should include a full tank of gas at 6lb/gal, all fluids topped off, and all standard equipment in place.
I weighed the Subaru at the junkyard a while back, and after adjusting for the fuel tank being 50lbs light, I was about 10lbs under the curb weight, despite carrying floor mats and 20lbs of tools.
