I made a 700amp version that seems to work fine, using 120amp schottky freewheel diodes. I'm also doing a SR version that will hopefully be able to handle over 1000amp for short periods of time. I did a layout and routed it, but I want to add 2 drivers for high side and 2 for low side, instead of just 1 each.
