I'd be willing to bet all the glass is low-e. I think they can market the solar panels for the ventilation system & charging crap all they want as long as when you're driving it charges the big battery/provides motive current. I know it's not going to provide enough current to noticably extend EV range or increase MPG, but if you have them you may as well make them work.
