Hey thanks wildfire ! Its all open to mods. As is it must weigh somewhere around 2800 lbs. has a B20 2000cc engine non crossflow head from what I've been told get around 25 mpg with a 4spd and 4.56 gears. Yes changes needed.
I could swap powerplants, there is a guy building a TDI powered one on
Oregon Volvo Tuners website.
I'd stick with the B20 or another newer tech gas engine. Toyota maybe ?
Try to stick with a 5 spd. lower (#) rear gear ratio.
I'm really more interested in cutting and welding body mods. I know its an uphill battle and thats o.k. with me.
