Duct tape it to something in the back of the interior. On my kit car the antenna is attached to a gas tank mounting bolt. Right beside the engine and it worked fine. Probably would not work as good in a metal bodied car but the antenna inside with enough sticking up where it can get the signal through the glass should work well enough for most people.

I will probably put the antenna on the back of the passenger seat on my new setup.
