Required safety equipment... Although, I think our belt is overkill
We're required to have roll over and side protection and seat belts.
Roll bar is that open ended tube at the top AND the dérailleur tube in the front - when seated and belted properly, the line those two points make never crosses the rider....
Those hoop thingers on the side around shoulder/side height are the side protection... We had to load both bars significantly to verify our analysis
