WRT aerodynamics: I think the area behind the front wheel will act as a parachute. I would round that out underneath the cycle somewhat to give the air a smooth path. The back window seems too steep - I think you will have separation there. I would bring it up higher, tapering in from the sides and ending in a Kammback if you can't get it to a point. Also, I think the area in front of the rear wheel could be improved by tapering the bodywork in (gently) as tightly as you can get to the swingarm and the tire to reduce separation there.
