Most of the whine is from the amps, they don't seem to like having a battery charger hooked to the car. But I am sure some of it is alternator whine, the engine ground doesn't seem to be connected solid so I will probably add a few more ground leads in there in random places.

So tomorrow if I have time I am going to find the leak in the brake lines and bleed them again and put the radiator in it so I can drive it around and see what falls off

Probably take the rest of this week to get it all together enough to where I would be willing to take it out on the road. Still a bunch of little stuff to do before it is really done though but it is getting closer all the time. I know it won't be done by the beginning of june but depending on how much body work there is it might not be more than a week later than I planned.
