The price is prohibitive, $600 for 4 wheels, ouchies! Not to mention the +10 offset will stick the rim out from the hub a little further than wanted.
A suggestion: Dismount the spare tires from the spare rims and weigh them. If the weight is low enough experiment with those since the offset is more desirable. You might be able to find someone that will mount regular tires on a spare tire rim for you.
