Money in aerodynamics for cars?

I wish I had the time for this, but I don't. It seems like now is the time for someone to make someone money off designing and making areodynamic fittings for vehicles. Take the honda civic. Some one could probably mass produce coverings for the wheel wells to improve the areodymanics, and hence better fuel economy. They could be snapped in.

Just a thought.

I'm also a believer in "Tufoil"-been adding that in my vehicles for 20+ years (And yes, I'm experimented with Duralube, Slick50, Prolong and zmax, and what did I find? No improvement in MPG. I keep on coming back to Tufoil).
