Hahaha! lol ... And I would be surprised if the #2 O2 reading on your UG goes to 0000 when in lean burn only because that would be the same as deceleration fuel cutoff mode, when no fuel is being burned. I think the O2 reading will still bounce around and maybe confuse. So watch your short term and longterm fuel trim gauges too. They should go well into negative territory when you hit lean burn, first the short term reading and in a minute or so the longterm will start moving that way too. I hope that's helpful. Report back when you get some real world experience. I'd love to see what you learn.
