LaPointe recommended drilling a hole in the ground strap directly centered over the center electrode....you'll probably need to do this by chucking the plug in a lathe. I tried hand drilling a few once...didn't go so good.
Side gapping is easier...OK if you expect to change out the plugs 1x per yr?
