I am going to add a skid pan under the engine. Was looking at the positioning of the oil pan. It is right at the front of the engine block and hangs down. I just have a bad feeling about something jumping up and striking it. Thinking about our unpaved road and winter.

This isn't my car but pretty much identical.

I have some tubing that I would make a sub frame with and then put on a skid plate that could double to help the air flow.
