I think some of you are misunderstanding his question, Asking how he can save fuel and how he can save fuel in his truck are entirely different questions. In reality every one could work and shop closer to home and walk or bike everywhere. Some of us either choose or have to drive something bigger. As long as you get the best you can with your chosen vehicle that is better then not caring at all. Kudos for trying to get as good fuel economy as you can with your beast! look forward to seeing how well you can do The "worse" the vehicle the more room for improvement. I would start with the basics that are cheap. bellypan, grill block, aerocap (would love to have a pickup just so I could make one ) Then look into methanol injection. You can set up a really cheap system with windshield washer fluid. Don't get discouraged not everyone is happy driving an econobox.
