Me too! I did an interpretation in Photoshop. Those look like window openings above the beltline instead of air scoops, so I put those below. Something is going on above the window in that area that I ignored.
I didn't touch the question of the fenders. Looking at the contour of the front bumper I imagine they were somewhat like the Burney streamliners or John Tjaarda's Zephyr prototype.
