Yeah I think that having it upside down would have helped a lot, the sag is right in the corner where I don't have any coroplast. In hindsight, I wish I had added more cross bars in the metal frame. I made the frame strong enough to keep the shape, and mount the piece, a few more pieces wouldn't have added much more rigidity, although it would have kept it from sagging.
I've got to decided how to re-do the curve, more support to better guide the shape, and probably doing it upside down will be the way to go I think.
