The "Last Vetter Fairing"

Craig Vetter has been busy building a streamliner fairing for his Honda Helix scooter designed to get 100 mpg into a 30 mph headwind while carrying 4 bags of groceries. He has largely succeded and offered to make kits available to the public. Response to his on-line poll was too low and he will write a book about his life instead. It is too bad, the final incarnation is a beautiful machine which he claimed is also the most comfortable motorcycle he ever rode.

It looks like this really will be the last Vetter fairing but it does give the rest of us another proven design to build from.
