Tire rack has a good selection of 13" tires

Tire Search Results

The Michelins mentioned earlier do seem like a quality tire. I'm running 13" steelies on my civic and will need a new set of tires soon. I have Primewells and while they were cheap, $199 installed for 3 (the 4th was brand new when I bought the car) but after 30k miles they are getting to the point where I am keeping an eye on them. They are loud and traction is poor so I will be investing in a quality set of Michelins. Hopefully the rebate is there when I buy.
