Disagree. Easier to cut through the air doesn't offset the natural VE sweet spot that was designed into the D15B8, which is complimented by the gearing. Admittedly, there is a chance to go a tad faster at the same mpg which is very nice for expediency, but I do not see a gain in mpg going this route.
