At last I am finishing (I hope) this job. I have the knuckle off and have replaced the hub bearing unit. I have done the lower ball joint. Re-installed the axle seal. Unfortunately the parts shop sent me a poorly made and non-fitting upper ball joint and control arm assembly, so I am stuck until Friday because of the holiday. But soon, I might have this noise and drag beaten.
