Good job! I'd go with lunarhighway's idea of a hole under the sump plug. If the oil filter is accessible only from the bottom, you may have to make the whole front of the bellypan removeable. Re: covering up the exhaust. I'd monitor temps in there to make sure it doesn't overheat. Naybe a naca duct at the front of the aluminium section to direct a little cool air. Or maybe the engine bay air could go down the exhaust tunnel and out at the back. Watch the gas tank though.....
Malibuguy, whats your mpg gain like with the belly pan?
