I've been thinking about this and I think you are right that it should be labled "General
Auto Discussion".
Looks like you're way ahead of me. Are you planning on making the site all about ECO improvements? I think if you open the forums up to general discussion you'll end up with a bunch of off topic political/social debates(really just name calling) that will just suck the life out of the site.
