I need to get it inspected. I've run through the Texas DPS inspection list and I think I'm okay:

#18 is a concern, as is #10.
It's a 1997 car, I live in an "emissions inspection" county that normally hooks to the OBD II port, but Diesels are exempt. The concern that I have is that my car's VIN shows it's a gas, not a diesel. oh, boy
