That's likely not going to happen any time soon.
EU whole heartedly believes in the AGW flying spaghetti monster. So they are anti CO2.
Our Ethanol Production Agency (EPA) is stuck in Carter era anti NOx mode.
The difference in a nut shell is EU thinks the solution to pollution is over all reduction.
The ethanol product agency believes the solution to pollution is some combination of substitution, dilution smoke and mirrors and holy water.
