I'll move the truck under better shelter and tear into the sensors. It appears that the ECU won't function unless it has 'full vision' of all the input signals.
Question, when you travel in the T-100,do you carry spares for everything? It almost seems like it's necessary for these older beaters.
An 'unscheduled' breakdown, out on the road could cost a few expensive nights in a motel, while awaiting a local shop to attempt to get parts. This happened to me in Elko,Nevada once.
Having spares, even with upfront costs, could save in overall cost,as breakdowns aren't a matter of 'if',but 'when.'
I basically carry my tools and service manual with me so I can do diagnostics if the time comes. Luckily, it's only been basic maintenance issues and nothing that kept me stranded except when my fuel pump died and that was a local breakdown. I don't carry spares with me as I try to replace suspect parts before I hit the road.

Other online places to try besides Amazon would be RockAuto.com and ToyotaPartsDeal.com.
