If I was you, I would contact the people selling the board and ask them if they could sell you the extra parts... they will sell you one resister not 5,10,100... and for cheap... that is if they will sell those parts to you. I know if you want to go the
iDuino route you can get most of the extra parts for under $5.00 and it doesn't add to the shipping. The rest can be found at RadioShack or similar. I am building one now, and it's about ready to go.
