Before I came over I holesawed some stock hub caps to accommodate the locking hubs.
This is out in front of my sister's place. Note the full radiator block. There is about 4" across the bottom that remains open, and the cooling fan never ran. Outside temps ran from 30's down to 11.
Even with the intercooler almost completely covered, the intake temperature ran about 65.
Data about the tires:
Stock steel wheels and tires were 87 pounds each on the bathroom scales, and the 33.7" Nittos shown here weighed in at 99 pounds.
