Very interesting but very believable. On my electric LSR bike I mounted the small radiators (one for controller, one for motor) in the tail-section and the front is totally closed off i.e. no air flows through the area where the radiator is typically mounted. I feel this is fairly effective and my speeds tend to bear this out.
