I have already seen a handful of motorcycles with small trailers in my country, mostly used to haul LPG bottles. Not sure if I would feel comfortable using one anyway. Even though an aerodynamically-enhanced sort of modular "trunk" does interfere with the weight bias, I'd still be more favorable to that.
