Seeing as I had such good results with my cheap-ass polisher, I've vaguely been keeping an eye out for a real one...you know, variable speed, and a big-ass handle to make it easier to...handle.

By "vaguely", I mean I would check, and then forget about it for a few weeks before remembering to check again.

I remembered to check yesterday. There was a used one up for sale, but missing the polishing head. I went to price one out online at Canadian Tire, and discovered they had a complete polisher on sale 40% off. It would be easier and only a few bucks more to buy a whole machine with the head than to buy some used turd without one.

I brought this guy home with me today, half paid for with Canadian Tire money:

I'll try it out on my little purple machine one of these days. I expect good things of it.
